S.P.I.A. TERMS

General Statement

We at S.P.I.A. are set out to promote fairness, equality, and respect within the paranormal community. Literally among these rules and codes, the one thing that stands alone that if one does then all others fall right in line. That is purely respect. However, unfortunately, there are some bad apples out there and we need to specify some things. The following are some but not limited to.

We desire all of our readers and site members to enjoy their readings here and respectful of all other readers and users. We want you all to have fun, and to be a productive part of our community.

S.P.I.A. does not certify that anyone's membership on this website is secured. The memberships on this website are free and contingent upon approval. Therefore memberships can be removed at any time, and for any reason and without notice.

Terms of Membership

The terms of our website membership memberships are in place to keep the respect level and fairness to all that use our site. Herein are the terms that S.P.I.A. expects from all users of our website. These terms are set forth for ALL users including the S.P.I.A. team members.

  • Your membership request will be pending approval on a case by case determination. Some may be approved immediately where others could take better than 30 days or more. This depends completely on team approval. Those that are immediately approved are Team Members (Given Admin Permissions), Sister Teams and groups, Our supporters, Anyone on our Facebook group page or any other person that team management deems immediate. All others may be subject to TEAM approval.

  • Always  be respectful at all times to other users of the site. Respect the views and opinions of others.

  • Do not spam on our site. This type of activity clogs our site and is plainly rude to others.

  • Please don't submit multiple forms of the same type over and over. If you've submitted a form and have not received a reply, please either contact us on one of our social media sites or email us.

  • We may contact you for further information regarding a membership to our site.

  • This site is for communicating with the public on our team's information. It relays what we do, why we do it, and how we do it. It also offers some educational information for the public and our readers. For this reason, debate on the existence of the paranormal are forbidden here.

  • Identification Markers are used on certain profiles to identify to the public their status with us and our team. These are displayed by way of badges. They are shown on the profiles of people and or other groups and teams which are associated with us in terms of working together. This may or may not not indicate they investigate with us. Rather, it does indicate that we share information or investigations. What this means is please do not ask to be badged. If we notice someone that is deserving or has a necessity for being badged, we will do so.

  • Group pages are there to unite groups of people that share the same interest in subjects on the paranormal. They are not there for just a friends hang out. If group pages are found to be used for other than paranormal subjects, we will remove the group page.

  • A violation of any of these terms will subject the user to possible membership revocation and be prevented from membership in the future. Furthermore, the user may also be banned from our social media sites as well depending on severity of the offenses.
